You will receive a Score Wizard credit score analysis to help you understand and improve your credit score and a FACTA disclosure. We receive an immediate email notification referencing the credit report and score analysis for evaluation and processing of your application.
ScoreWizard now makes it easier for you to reach your target credit score, which can make all the difference for a consumer in the current mortgage market. Raising a score by as little as 10 or 20 points may be all that is needed for approval or obtaining a suprior loan program with a better rate. With ScoreWizard, we can quickly and easily generate a detailed analysis of the consumer’s credit score, including suggestions on how it can be improved, plus we can:
• Generate separate analysis for 1, 2 or 3 bureaus
• Generate analysis for co-borrower
• Easily view/print report from history
• This One time Credit Check is also used for evaluation and processing of your application regardless
• Easy Pay-by-credit card: Individual: $24.72, Joint: $38.44 (The amount you pay is part of your loan application processing fee and is paid directly to the credit vendor)
